If you are hesitant to try yoga, Alicia is the perfect person to guide you through the practice. Many yoga classes can be intimidating - where you feel you can't ask questions mid-pose or even laugh at yourself. This is not the case with Alicia's classes. She's thoughtful in what she plans, compassionate to different needs, and her warmth and sense of humor puts you at ease immediately. Her energy is healing and her space is serene and intentional. Each class grouping receives a tailored practice to suit the strengths and needs of her participants. She checks in often, guiding you through the poses. She's knowledgeable, but still approachable. I felt a sense of community and friendship in her classes immediately.
