I support individuals to achieve balance in their life.  Through mindfulness, movement, and nutrition I assist men and women to create and prioritize time for themselves to connect with their mind, body, and soul so that they can step into a more aligned and fulfilling life.  

In recent years, my life experiences have completely broadened my view of what really is important in my life. In turn, strongly influences the way I nourish my body, move my body, and live a holistic life.  My hope is to share with others what I have learned through my experiences, giving them the courage and knowledge they may be needing to begin working towards and achieving some balance in their life. I have found that the first step to making lasting changes in your life is to ask for help, even if it is intimidating.

Through 1:1 Personal Coaching I will support you to:

  1. Understand why you are constantly doing all the things that are causing you to stay stuck in the busy cycle.

  2. Remove the guilt of taking time for yourself and enjoy that moment of peace and quiet.

  3. Become gentler and find compassion toward yourself instead of constantly criticizing and being discouraged by the uncompleted “To-Do” list or comparing yourself to others that appear to have it all together.

  4. Create a nourishing routine for yourself that will create more energy and connection with your body through movement and nutrition.

Through 1:1 Personal Coaching, we will work together to:

  • Remove some of the pressure of your day to day obligations;

  • Create more energy for you, your family, and your friends;

  • Inspire more joy in your life; and

  • Give you the tools to live a more intentional and fulfilled life.

In this 12-week program, you will get:

  • Weekly 90 minute sessions that will ground you, bring clarity and allow us to deep dive into what may be limiting you, holding you back or causing you frustration.

  • A safe, supportive, and confidential container that will allow you to step into your most authentic, aligned, and fulfilled self.

  • Movement and nutrition strategies that align with your life and personal goals.

  • In between support via email and text.

Before starting coaching with Alicia, I had hit a stressful baseline without even realizing - always rushing through to the next thing to do, not giving much thought to how I was actually spending my day or being present in the moment. I think focusing on being mindful of the things we allow into our lives is something we can all benefit from.
