Yoga
A yoga practice can be many things for different people: a therapeutic tool for pain management, prevention from injuries and, for myself – establishing a connection with my mind and body - to instill trust in myself once again - and to witness what my body is capable of.
Our bodies seem to be taken for granted until we really notice the aches and pains or the lack of flexibility that we have developed over the years. However, anyone can do yoga, at any age! There are modifications and variations of all poses to make it possible to practice.
I offer a variety of classes that are suitable for beginners through to advanced practitioners. My cozy space cultivates community and makes for a comfortable, relaxed, personal learning experience.
